Lauren Smith has been a real estate agent since 1998, when she teamed up with her mother, Elinor Smith, at Coldwell Banker Bain in Bellevue, WA. She worked with her mother from 1998 to 2012, averaging 12 home sales a year, in a wide variety of property types and situations.
She has been working with Lee Roberts at Vizor Realty since 2014.
Lauren’s focus has always been on excellent customer service. Her highest priority is serving the best interest of her clients. Additional skills beneficial to her clients are her professional experience in photography, staging, and marketing. She has a BA from the University of Washington.
Lauren Smith grew up in the Pacific Northwest. She is an avid yoga and hiking enthusiast. She has a deep fondness for the PNW and thinks it is one of the best places in the world to live. She is very happy to give recommendations and tours of Seattle, the Eastside, and all the best the greater Seattle area has to offer.
