Debbie BI am every so grateful for a fantastic real estate agent Dave Boyer who is willing to be patient and work with these folks and take the time they need to not only establish a repore with them, but allow them to get to the point where they can make these decisions. The property was purchased by Precision Homes and it’s my understanding that they will be in for a demo permit today or tomorrow. This is the second hoarder home that this agent has sold. He’s been willing to take on these homes when no other agent would.
